Adrian Peterson Suspention

Adrian Peterson came under fire from both the media and more importantly, the law, earlier this season when he was put on the NFL exempt list after reports surfaced of him abusing his child. Pictures were released as the story caused public outcry. Today, Adrian Peterson entered a plea deal that was accepted: "Minnesota Vikings star Adrian Peterson avoided jail time Tuesday in a plea agreement reached with prosecutors to resolve his child abuse case. Under the agreement approved by Montgomery County state District Judge Kelly Case and announced during a scheduled court hearing, Peterson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless assault.”
